Adrian Aranda

Director

Adrian is a fully qualified Architect Dipl. M.Arch ARB who spent 7 years at university studying design, architecture, urbanism and other matters within the discipline, also undertaking the necessary training to become an architect.

With 10 years of post-qualification experience, it was apparent to him from the beginning that his goal was to develop a career in the housing sector. His passion for residential architecture and design led him to work on numerous schemes both for new-build and refurbishment developments.

He has a broad experience in leading projects and has been involved in all stages from inception through to completion.

He is passionate about the housing sector and is always willing to take the design further to a higher standard, contributing to the lives of the future residents and thus making a positive impact in our communities.

During the past years he has also gained extensive experience and knowledge over the planning system and how to navigate it with the right processes in place in order to gain successful planning consents.

He is able to design schemes rightfully balanced to meet the property market needs and the planning system’s criteria, strategically anticipating potential objections that could be raised during the planning process.

He is able to produce and supervise all of the information required to satisfactorily achieve planning permission, maximising the site to its ultimate potential.

Mike Gommersall

Director

Mike is an experienced property developer with over 10 years of industry expertise. He began his journey through property refurbishment which was an inherited interest and soon became a passion. With parallel experience in engineering manufacturing, it has allowed him to synchronise key skills from a wide range of trades in addition to construction problem solving, project management and quantity surveying competencies.

He expresses pride through building homes that will last many years and strongly believes that property development is not just a career choice but a passion and aspiring goal, a statement that he backs up every day by working tirelessly and ‘getting things done’.

His knowledge and expertise have proven invaluable throughout his career to successfully deliver projects under tight programmes. Having to overcome the hurdles that arise during developments with solid project management capabilities, he is able to align himself to the set targets and hand projects over on time and budget. 

Mike has strong communication skills and as a result he has established working relationships with a wide network of professionals, consultants and subcontractors to help him deliver projects from planning all the way through to the finished build.

Nicola Machin Bsc Hons

Nicola gained her Bsc Business and Management Bachelors degree in 2015. Following qualification, she pursued her interest in marketing, business and law, gaining experience in a private B2B company and within the higher education sector.

Nicola's experience in developing marketing strategies has led to her overseeing the marketing function at Greenly Developments. She understands the importance of making connections with clients and suppliers, sharing information about the business and creating a positive online presence. For her, it is vital that a company's marketing adds value, supporting clients to make informed decisions, as well as representing the business' values.

She also oversees the HR function in the business. She believes that the key to success for any business is the people, ensuring they are supported and empowered to represent the company's values and pursue their own goals and ambitions.

Her main responsibilities within the business include developing and overseeing social media, website management, and internal and external communications.

Samantha Gommersall

Samantha is a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things related to property. With a foundation degree in business studies and over a decade of experience working within the corporate industry running client accounts and administration services, she has honed her skills in managing teams, cultivating client relationships and driving company targets.

Recently, Samantha embarked on a new challenge joining Greenly Developments as a key member of the team. Her current position focuses on driving the growth and success of the business by leveraging her business and administrative expertise.

She is committed to ensuring that the company delivers exceptional results, and is passionate about making an impact in the property industry.

Her main responsibilities within the business include accounting and administrational duties, time management and client relations.
