Adrian Aranda

Planning & Design Director

Adrian is a highly qualified Architect (Dipl. M.Arch, ARB) with over a decade of experience in the housing sector. After seven years of academic training in design, architecture, and urbanism, he has honed his skills in both new-build and refurbishment projects. He excels in leading projects through all phases, from inception to completion, always striving to enhance design quality and contribute meaningfully to future communities.

Adrian possesses in-depth knowledge of the planning system, adeptly navigating it to secure successful planning consents. He ensures that designs meet market demands while aligning with regulatory criteria, maximising site potential and preemptively addressing objections. His ability to manage the entire process ensures seamless delivery of projects to the highest standard.

Mike Gommersall

Construction & Commercial Director
Mike is an accomplished property developer with over a decade of expertise. Beginning with property refurbishment, his background in engineering manufacturing has equipped him with a diverse skill set, including construction problem-solving, project management, and quantity surveying.​
Known for his strong communication skills, Mike has developed lasting working relationships with a wide network of professionals, consultants, and subcontractors. These connections allow him to harness the expertise of others to drive projects forward efficiently. His collaborative approach ensures smooth coordination across all phases of development, resulting in successful project outcomes that meet high standards and client expectations.
